PHP Lead Developer

Poklet is a start-up on the mission to educate society on financial literacy starting with children who we wish to grow into responsible consumers. We develop an educational app used by families. Via the app we provide a safe and controlled environment where children can be consumers in their own name while at the same time learning how to manage, earn and save money – with their parents being part of the learning process.

We are getting ready to launch the product and start looking for an in-house IT team who will help us to develop the product further.

The lead developer will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of the back-end and making sound decisions regarding the technology and keeping hands on the code and developing the solution further.

Requirements

If you have been developing back-end solutions using PHP (Symfony), feel great about coding and have a strong view of how the elegant solution should look like, have been coding REST API, know AWS then you have experience exactly what we are looking for. If you are also good at sharing your knowledge, could lead the technological agenda, and be a go-to person to other developers, we definitely want to talk to you. Finally, if you had a chance to code software products in the Financial and Education industry, you are ahead of the competition.
