About The Role

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a rapidly growing technology that is extremely in-demand with businesses worldwide. A position in our team will provide you with a challenging and engaging environment, where you will be working on exciting projects that are dramatically changing the way corporations work. You will support clients in various industries throughout the entire RPA journey.

An RPA Solution Architect must understand, document, design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot automated processes, using technologies, specifically designed for that purpose. Their deep knowledge and understanding of the RPA market should allow them to offer the best possible solutions for the customer, based on their needs and expectations.

Day-To-Day You Will

Ø Maintain constant contact with our customers and have a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations;

Ø Be able to estimate the required time and effort to meet the customer requirements;

Ø Identify and propose the best solution, based on the requirements and available technologies;

Ø Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation;

Ø Develop new functionalities and constantly improve existing applications;

Ø Apply best practices to the development process;

Ø Perform unit and end-to-end testing;

Ø Maintain existing solutions and troubleshoot potential issues and errors;

Ø Design and document solutions, including the preparation of PDDs and SDDs;

Ø Take full responsibility of solutions (from design to deployment);

Ø Propose process and performance improvements;

Ø Try out new technologies and raise the bar for technical excellence.

We Expect From You

Ø Knowledge or experience with object-based programming (especially .NET, Java or VBA script or JavaScript development);

Ø Some experience or knowledge of Web Services/APIs/SQL;

Ø General knowledge on networks and infrastructure;

Ø Great problem-solving skills and a passion for process automation and improvement;

Ø Good attention to details and focus on quality;

Ø Positive attitude and high level of motivation to start a career in professional services;

Ø Ability and willingness to share best practices and experience with the team;

Ø Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;

Ø Ability to work independently without close supervision, as well as collaborate with colleagues;

Ø Fluency in Lithuanian and English (oral and written);

Ø Excellent communication skills;

Ø Willingness to travel, when necessary.

 

We Would Consider Your Following Skills And Experiences An Advantage

 

Ø C#, PHP, Basic and/or Python skills;

Ø Experience writing software requirements and specifications;

Ø Knowledge of ITIL, Project management and/or Agile methods;

Ø Experience in business process improvement and mapping;

Ø Experience with RPA software (e.g. BluePrism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.);

Ø Experience with security solutions.
