What You Will Be Doing

You will join team of cloud-native software engineers building innovative, secure and robust cloud service ingesting several billions security events every day generated by more than 10 million clients around the globe. We don’t like buzzing about real time analytics, machine learning and big data we are just building that every day! Come and make an impact with our team!

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work within technical teams in Vilnius following a well-managed agile / scrum methodology. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build solution logic. You will bridge the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be expected to mentor less experienced colleagues, actively share knowledge and mentor interns. You will promote within the team quality assurance, design thinking, code reviews and strive for continuous improvement. Releases are frequent and you will be able to see, how your innovation, dedication and passion brings value for the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing software as part of a dedicated team

• Write well-designed, testable and reusable code

• Be role model for code quality

• Pro-actively analyse industry standards, co-author technical roadmap

• Document and maintain software functionality

• Define and share troubleshooting and debugging techniques

• Comply with project plans and industry standards

What We Are Looking For

Successful candidates possess the following qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with JavaScript

• 3+ years with React.js

• 3+ years with Node.js

• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services

• Very good proficiency with spoken and written English

• A collaborative working style and the ability to work successfully with existing codebase, other team members, company stakeholders and customers

• Self-motivation, ability to take a lead and facilitate work process improvements

• Attention to details, ability and willingness to train less experienced colleagues

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Expensive experience creating and writing unit tests

• Experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion, etc)

• Promoted of DevOps and GitOps practices
