Project Manager for migration project

About the role

Then you will thrive in the role as Project Manager in our newly established Cyber Security Strategy Execution Programme with primary responsibility to migrate RSA to Azure MFA. As a Project Manager, you will drive complex and strategic project that cuts across multiple units outside the Security landscape. To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who, come with experience from large strategy implementation or implementation of complex organizational change and is looking to make an impact with an agile mindset. You bring an optimistic and can-do attitude that enables you to keep going when things are tough while never losing sight of what is needed for your overall program to become a success.

Responsibilities 

 Responsible for overall project management, following our internal Operational Excellence standards

 Leads project teams to meet all agreed deliverables, overseeing work streamsand acting as the central point of contact for all internal team members.

 Set up and manage project plans, with detailed timelines

 Direct and motivate the project supportteam, and guide the activities of the consultants and analysts on the project

 Produce relevant project documentation and ensure consistency of communication to the team

 Manage and communicate risks, putting in place appropriate contingency actions

 Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiate corrective action where required

 Be responsible for managing the project scope and client expectations

 Liaise with all members of the project team to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project

 Agree and implement the quality strategy with the rest of the project team

 Communicate any potential for future work to the lead consultant

 Prepare and communicate lessons learned documentation, following project debrief

 Prepare the project closure documentation

 Prepare any follow-on actions required and communicate to others where relevant

 Be responsible for overall project profitability 

Requirements 

 Large scale system migration experience. RSA and MFA knowledge would be advantage.

 Experience leading migration command centres of Global teams.

 Experience from a similar position with 5+ years of experience with complex change and full lifecycle management of strategic large-scale programmes, potentially in an agile set-up

 Project Management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)

 Strong documentation management standards and version control

 Advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel, and PowerPoint

 Highly analytical and logical with attention to detail and high quality standards

 Excellent interpersonal skills and professional, credible and confident style

 Strong organisational and research skills

 Strong team player with an adaptable and flexible approach, able to work effectively in virtual teams

 Fluent in English
