For our client, we are looking for an IT Support

Job description:
We are looking for an IT Engineer to work in an onsite support team at our customers' company. You will provide IT support to users onsite with tasks like:
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot local and remote PCs, phones, printers and other client-side equipment.
• Resolve Tier 2 Helpdesk tickets that fall under the Desktop Services groups’ responsibility.
• IT Purchase and IT asset management.
• Assist with implementation of systems as global teams or business needs require.

Required skills:
• Highly motivated with an ability to effectively prioritize and execute the task in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spoken and written English
