IT Support - Global Environment
For our client, we are looking for an IT Support
We are looking for an IT engineer to work with onsite support, working in a team providing IT support to users in a global environment with other functional service teams. You will be working with KPIs of onsite support achievement, customer satisfaction, flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
Responsibilities in this assignment:
- deploy manage and troubleshoot local and remote PCs, phones, printers and other client-side equipment.
- Resolve Tier 2 Helpdesk tickets that fall under desktop Service groups responsibility
- IT Purchase and IT asset management
- Assist with implementation of systems as needed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English.
