Description:

Our client is continuously working with standardization and optimization of its R&D IT environment. There are currently IT hubs delivering the main IT services to our client’s R&D community, these IT hubs have been transitioned to the client’s two Global ICT Centers (GICs). This project will develop, build and deploy a unified and optimized, cloud-powered Design Environment to host the IT services currently delivered, as well as new services being developed. All services easily accessible and orderable by R&D users through a self-service portal and delivered to R&D users within minutes.

We are now seeking a Project Manager with formal education in IT- and Project Management, skills in and experiences from virtualized enterprise environments for the following role:

Role: ICT Project Manager
Role description: Act as support to the program manager for our client’s Engineering Cloud program.
Key skills required:
• Virtualized IT and Project management
• Optional (preferred)
o Previous experience of our client’s organization

Main tasks (non-exhaustive):
- Setup project CM environment
- Perform joint risk assessment reviews with stakeholders
- Identify and manage stakeholder expectations
- Participate in meeting preparation & analysis
- Conduct baseline meetings with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure that relevant governance meetings take place
- Build business awareness in project for the project team
- Align project team towards goals
- Communicate processes and Ways of Working (WoW)
- Secure innovation activities to ensure quality of the product
- Define and follow-up action plan for problem-solving
- Resolve conflicts and handle escalations
- Manage dependencies
- Report project progress internally
- Plan and conduct meetings with customer/stakeholders
- Mentor less experienced colleagues
- Perform project reviews and audits.
