Responsibilities


• IT recruitment;

• employee on-boarding;

• salary, bonuses and benefits review;

• employer branding, company related information preparation (presentations etc.);

• team and employee instant satisfaction measurement tool selection and implementation;

• competence development & evaluation tool creation;

• talent management, communication with recruitment agencies.


We expect you posses


• university degree;

• successful experience in IT recruitment;

• IT market knowledge;

• great oral and written English language skills;

• ability to help team leaders build and motivate their teams;

• enthusiasm, persistency, empathy and very high motivation.
