We are looking for a Business Analyst responsible for:

Interaction between the technical team and stakeholders

Requirement elicitation, documentation, and management during the project life cycle.

Preparing other documentation, like user's manual, API specification, description of existing business processes, etc.

collaboration with the development team to develop and execute test plans and validate systems/applications and business requirements;

the result of all assigned projects;

Requirements:

2+ years experience in a BA / Technical writer role with a software company or bank;

Basic Payment Domain knowledge, experience in the functional flow of payment transaction processing are nice to have;

Experience in writing technical documentation

Knowledge of principles, processes, phases, and roles of application development methodologies;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs;

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications;

Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;

Technical background is a plus;

Basic SQL knowledge is a plus

Upper-intermediate level of English.
