For the banking company, we are looking an Agile coach.
Successfully guide & facilitate the organization through the challenges of Agile@scale adoption and ensure continuous improvement by iterative processes, transparency & feedback.
The Agile Coach works with Squads /Teams, stakeholders, and management to improve performance and outcomes. The organizations use the Agile Coaches to provide coaching, facilitation, training, mentoring, impediment management, and leadership in support of collaboration, development consistency, and value delivery across multiple squads/teams and Areas/departments.
The Agile Coach uses the in-depth understanding of the practices and principles of agile practices and real-world experience to successfully guide organizations through the challenges of Agile@Scale adoption.
The Agile coach Supports the organizational change that requires commitment and a shift in perspective by helping leadership and team members remove the barriers and embrace the transformation.
The Agile Coach consciously and constantly seeks new knowledge for organizational improvements and share it with the other coaches. The Agile coach can hold HR responsibility for Scrum masters and other coaches.
Contribute to improving customer focus and the performance culture in the software development departments. Assists Development teams in all aspects of software development, e.g. defining work agreements, roles and artifacts as wells as aids the team members to interact and collaborate using an agile mindset in collocated and/or dispersed setups.
Contribute to improving the performance culture in the development areas/departments/units. The Area Agile Coach assists Agile teams in all aspects of software development, e.g. defining visions, goals, working agreements, roles and artifacts as wells as aids the team members to interact and collaborate using an Agile mindset in collocated and/or dispersed setups.
