Job description:
We are looking for an Application Support to work with user support, bug fixing, and improvement activities for specific applications. You will be joining our customers' support team with the responsibility of global application support, taking care of requests and incidents. The team follows well-defined processes to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Our customer is a global company where you will collaborate with highly skilled colleagues which provides a great opportunity to develop yourself, both professionally and personally.

You will be carrying our 2nd line support with the following key responsibilities:
• Supporting customers by handling incidents and requests
• Analyzing and resolving incidents
• Identifying potential solutions for defects
• Knowledge management by documenting and sharing knowledge
• Status communication with customers and stakeholders
• Providing improvement suggestions to improve deliveries
• Participating in maintenance and deployment activities

This role will focus on personal skills, we see that you are analytical, problem-solving and a true team player with a service minded attitude. We see that you enjoy taking on new challenges and have strong personal drive.

Required skills:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in all or most of the following areas: Knowledge on handling Java/JBOSS based application, Oracle 10/11, SQL, Unix/Linux
• Customer focus and process knowledge
• Collaboration mind-set within and across teams

Preferred skills:
• Working experience with Application support

Helpdesk & IT Support 4-5 years
English Proficient Business Level (C1/C2)
